We want our customers to be happy campers, so we will do our best to ensure that you are over the moon with your order! If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective, the wrong size, or damaged, you may return the item(s) within 15 business days of receipt.
For larger items like our teepees and macrame backdrops, customers have 3 days to notify us if they dissatisfied and would like a return.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the product arrives back to us used, damanged or stained, customer will not be refunded. Original shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount. Refunds will be processed 1-3 business days after recieving the returned item(s) to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in bank statement.
